The new update for the .10PR works great and the directional throw is intersting.  It would be nice to have the behavior of the directions reversable.  I normally throw upwards but would like the tabs to load in the background instead of the foreground.

Appreciate the work, it's a great extention.  Suites my browsing style perfectly.
