[Sage] Basic question

This seems such a basic feature, I feel like there must be something wrong
with my Sage installation:
when I click on a feed, I would like the new tab with that feed to have
focus.  
 
When I click on a feed, I get a new tab, but the focus is on the last viewed
tab, unless I have closed all the tabs. 
 
Is there a way to have the new tab have the focus?
