[Sage] Custom CSS Carry Over

Hello people of Sage,
I have had a problem with sage for about five months. When I have the 
custom CSS option turned off I still see elements from custom CSS styles 
I have used in the past. Even when I'm viewing the style browser at 
http://sage.mozdev.org/styles/ How do I fix this?
