[Sage] Possible Patch for Sage

I work mostly under Linux and after having installed a plugin 
(mozilla-kaffeine) which enables me to easily view embedded videos online, I 
encountered difficulty with feed items which actually point to audio 
(podcast) files.  When this happens, using Sage version 1.3.10, the browser 
goes into 'autoplay' mode rather then simply having a download dialog box 
appear.

An example of  feeds which actually deliver audio (podcast) files directly are 
those available via http://www.abc.net.au/rn/podcast/default.htm [at least 
the 15 or so that I have tried].

I have written some code which effectively handles these feed items by forcing 
the display of a Mozilla system 'File SaveAs' dialog box (filepicker).

BTW, my changes only involve two modules (in contents folder), sage.js & 
sage.xul.

My question is as follows:

I believe that my changes would be beneficial to many Sage users and so would 
like to make the relevant code available to the developers.  What is the 
preferred method for doing this?
