[Sage] Sage - UI Layout improvement

Hello,

I've made some UI Layout improvement in files sage.js a sage.xul (see 
the attached screenshot). I think Sage is now more space efficient and 
IMHO nice. I don't know if there is some chance to use these changes in 
official Sage release. So what do you think?
