Sage 1.3.7 appears to have introduced a bug: the Description Tooltips and Feed Item options don't 'stick'.

To reproduce:

1) Open Sage in Firefox's sidebar
2) De-select Options->Show Description Tooltips, Options->Show Feed Item List, Options->Show Feed Item List Toolbar
3) Close Sage
4) Open Sage again
5) The Feed Item List appears again.

This occurs in:

* Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.0.7) Gecko/20060909 Firefox/1.5.0.7

* Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.8.1) Gecko/20060918 Firefox/2.0
