[Sage] Sage feature requests

Hello,
I have some Sage feature requests:

1. Update first bookmark item automatically when opening Sage sidebar.
2. Enhance the "Search feeds" dialog. Let user can double-click to add
a feed, and can use Ctrl/Shift to multi-select feeds to add.
3. Automatic remove duplicated title items in the article list.
4. Keep sage.html always load in the same tab instead of current tab.
5. Add a new preference option: Let user can directly load article in
new tab instead of current tab when you click articles' title in the
sidebar.
6. Open links in sage.html to new tabs.
