[Sage] I messed up

I deleted the folder that contained all of my feeds without realizing it and
can't undo it. 

Now nothing is showing up in my Feed List and I can't fix it. When I
subscribe to feeds, nothing shows up and I can't read them. When I click the
Add Feed button on the magnifying glass, nothing happens. 

I've tried to reinstall Sage and that didn't work. I tried to create a new
bookmark folder called Sage Feeds, but that just saves the feed as an
internet bookmark and I can't read it through the reader. 

Any help?
