[Sage] Embedded YouTube videos in Sage with Flash 8?

Basically covered above....can anyone get embedded YouTube videos to 
play in an actual Sage template with Flash 8 installed on their systems? 
It works fine with Flash 7, but with 8 installed, if I click on the Play 
button, it blinks right to the end...I have to open the actual post on 
the originating site to play it, and that's really annoying.

Does anybody else have this problem?
