Firefox bookmarks are store in a file named bookmarks.html in
the profile directory. The default location for profile
directory on Windows XP is C:\Documents and Settings\<your
login>\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\<stange name>
Replace <your login> by, guess what, your login and <strange
name> by a random suite of letters and numbers generated by
Firefox when the profile is created. That's where you might
find your old bookmarks.

As regarding your second problem, there is an option in Sage,
that you can fin in opening Sage pane (alt+S), clicking on
Options, then Setup. In the Setup dialog, there is a drop-down
list at the top. In it you can choose the folder in which you
will place the feeds you want to see in Sage. If nothing is
selected or 'Bookmarks' is selected, every bookmark you set
appears in Sage.

I hope it's clear now. If not, just ask again.

Cheers,
