  If you have a development version of Sage, this is easy to fix. In 
src/sage/content/createhtml.js in method 'getUserCssURL' comment back in 
the comment out bit, and your stylesheet should work.

  I have included that in my patch, which is based on the Sage 1.4 nightly.
