[Sage] Sage style

I've attached a new Sage style that I made by modifying the default
style (the Sage blog suggested submitting new styles to this mailing
list).  The changes are:
  - Single column
  - Larger headlines
  - Entries have a max-height and will have scroll bars if the content
is too big
  - Date is more prominent: bold, at top right of each entry
  - Hide entry numbers
  - Hide Technorati icon/link
