Currently, that depends on the decisions made by the site owner. I don't
think Sage has an upper limit on the number of items displayed in a feed.
(For slashdot, I find the mailing list option quite functional, as it can
include the subsections you want). Also, Sage does not currently store feed
history, so the oldest few items pushed off the feed can't be read via RSS.

Not automatically, I think.
