[Sage] caching option

Hey,

I started playing with sage and I really like it. I'm a Peace Corps
volunteer in Samoa. While I have access to the internet at work, I don't
when I'm at home. I was wondering if it would be possible to add a caching
option to sage, so if it cannot access a url it would just use the last
downloaded copy? Perhaps this is already there, and I just missed it.
