[Sage] Feature req: folders

My apologies if this has been suggested before. I have many feeds with sage 
and use folders to organize them. However, when my folders are collapsed 
and I check the feeds, I can't know if any of the feeds in folders have 
updates without expanding the folder to look for a bold title.

Would it be possible to provide some kind of visual feedback that a folder 
contains a feed with an updated item? Perhaps the folder name itself could 
be bold, or possibly something else. It seems that if I have to expand 
every folder to check for updated feeds, it kinda defeats the purpose of 
folders. Any thought?
