[Sage] Hmm, a problem?

Hello there.

I hope I'm in the right place to ask this question - if not, please 
direct me elsewhere.
Just installed Sage, mainly to read feeds from all the blogs I check 
regularly.
It all looks fine, and when I got up this morning, a couple of my blogs 
came up as having new posts.
However, when I try posting new posts to my own blog, and then getting 
Sage to search for new posts, it comes up with nothing, and when I click 
on my blog in the Sage sidebar, it shows an old version, without the new 
post.
Where am I going wrong?
Is it a problem with my Sage settings, or a problem with my blog.
I've got Sage searching for both RSS and atom feeds at the moment, as 
I'm not sure which is better, but neither seem to be updating as they 
should.
