I usually just drag and drop the feed into Sage using the mouse. The other thing you can do is to "discover" feeds and add them that way. The Magnifying Glass is the button for "discover feeds". If there are feeds on the site, this is another way to find them. If it says "no feeds discovered" then there are no feeds to add from that page.
