I don't.

What I do is create OPMLs of the feeds.

This affords me the ability to selectively
load feeds as well as to more easily share them with others.

It would be nice if more sites with multiple feeds used
the OPML option, whether they have 101 or
25 feeds, it's still a LOT easier than clicking on
each one whether it be 101 or 25 or 15.

An OPML makes it convenient to share all
feeds.

People can then weed out what they don't
want.

But there's, unless I miss my guess, no
easy way to batch add discovered feeds
from a web page short of clicking on each one.

Plus, it only takes a few seconds to click on
a feed and see whether or not it's something
I want and to delete it if I don't, thereby reducing
my load considerably from 101 down to something
more manageable.
