I believe sage stores the addresses as "HREF" rather
than "FEEDURL".

Personally I'm glad that's the case. There are about
100 some feeds in my folder, and about 20 of them
often contain 50-150 items. If all sage feeds are
stored as "FEEDURL", I would probably have to wait a
couple of minutes after starting Firefox before I can
use the program.

If you really want your feeds to be live bookmarks,
all you need to do is to edit your "bookmark.html"
manually and change the according "HREF" to "FEEDURL".
Just make sure Firefox isn't running when you're
"performing the surgery". ;)
