[Reloadevery] Reloadevery will not install

[Half Mad]

I have Firefox 1.5.0.7.  When I try to install Reloadevery, it says it can't
install because it must be installed on a system with version 1.5.0.* to
2.0.0.*.

So, why won't it install?
