[Reloadevery] Why doesn't it work for me?

I have Moz 1 5 0 6 and Reload Every extension doesn't work at all after 
I added it to my extensions. I restarted and still don't see it in the 
context menu. Why??????

I have context menu's enabled also.  Steve
