[Reloadevery] ReloadEvery 1.5.1 + Firefox 1.5.0.1 = nothing?

I was using ReloadEvery with Firefox 1.0.7 and was very, very happy.

But I just upgraded Firefox to 1.5.0.1.  Firefox didn't upgrade
ReloadEvery, so I did it manually.  I have ReloadEvery 1.5.1 installed
now.

Now I can't get any of the ReloadEvery features to show in Firefox --
nothing in the context menu or regular menus.  ReloadEvery 1.5.1 shows
in the Extensions list.

Have restarted Firefox (several times) and even rebooted my machine
(which is XP + SP2).  I have also unchecked "Disable or replace context
menus" (which, by the way, is under "Content" in Firefox 1.5, not "Web
Features" as listed on the main reloadevery.mozdev.org page).

I explored the mailing list archives back to Nov and didn't see this
addressed.  I also tried to search bugzilla.mozdev.org but didn't find
this project listed there.

Any suggestions on why ReloadEvery isn't working at all for me?  Thanks.
