[Reloadevery] ReloadEvery only when not typing on page for a custom amount of time

Is there a way to offer the functionality: ReloadEvery will only reload the
webpage when the user has not typed on that tab/page for a minute (or custom
time).  Then it will Reload according to reload options.

I request this because i'm using this extension to reload my webmail which
if there is no activity (reloading included) then it will timeout.  it is
outlook webmail
