[Reloadevery] ReloadEvery vs. Stop-Or-Reload

Hi Jaap,

I *really* like the ability to set ReloadEvery via a drop-down menu in the
Reload button on the toolbar. It's pretty slick.

In regards to that, I've noticed that ReloadEvery and the Stop-Or-Reload (
http://v2studio.com/k/moz/) extension don't play nice with each other. With
both extensions loaded, if you click the down-arrow on the drop-down menu
button and set ReloadEvery, the button will "stick" in the depressed mode
and no longer function. I verified this by disabling the Stop-Or-Reload
extension. Once off, ReloadEvery works fine. Once re-enabled, ReloadEvery
would break. I don't know if it's an issue with ReloadEvery or
Stop-Or-Reload but...

I was thinking, it would be a great feature if the button would still give
the desired functionality, and would stay depressed just for tabs where
ReloadEvery is enabled.

In any event I'm going to stop using the Stop-Or-Reload extension for now.
BTW, I am using ReloadEvery 0.6.1 and Stop-Or-Reload 0.1.

Thank you for all your work!

David
