[Reloadevery] ReloadEvery eventually crashing FireFox?

Hi,

Has anyone else observed this behaviour?

I'm running FireFox 1.0.6, with ReloadEvery 0.6.1 on SuSE Linux 9.3 on
an IBM Thinkpad..

I run ReloadEvery with a 30 second update period on a given web site -
e.g. the SCOX message board at

http://messages.yahoo.com/?action=q&board=SCOX

Usually I run it in a tab, with the MSFT message baord in another, and
both updating every 30seconds or every minute.

After quite a long time, (24 or more hours) apparently dependent on the
update frequency, instead of the page refreshing as normal, it spawns a
new window on the same page, but without the firefox icon at top left.
Instead of the firefox icon, it has the standard X-Windows purple X
icon. If I close that new window, all FireFox windows vanish, but it
doesn't go into the automatic bug reporting/feedback stuff. The new
window is still usable - if I click on an embedded hyperlink in it, it
usually works, and the window goes back to normal (FireFox Icon, etc),
but the problem usually recurs after a few minutes. Closing the new
window always completely kills FireFox.

I've only seen it happen with ReloadEvery, but it could just be that
that's because I would not normally manage that number of page reloads
manually, and that FireFox itself is at fault, but I don't know how to
find out.

Any clues? Should I bugzilla it against FireFox or ReloadEvery, or
both?

Paul
