[Reloadevery] Enable reloadEvery at startup?

Hello.

I would like an option to enable reloadEvery at startup (when firefox is
first started, without having to right-click and select enable).

The reason I want it is that I want to display a web page continously
without any user input at all.

Is it possible at all? If so, would any of the developers be interested in
adding this feature?
