[Quotecolors] Thunderbird 2.0 compatibility

Guess that was the point of my previous message -- some of the
functionality made it into the core.  In the mac version, 3
levels of color quoting appear.  In the windows version, they use
3 levels of colored block quotes.  I don't understand why they
made them different.  So far, I've yet to find any preferences in
the core to control the behavior.
