[Quotecolors] quotation color for compose window

I would use the same color like the first level color of the compose
window. So at least for me a separate color picker is not necessary.
But maybe it would be better/cleaner to have a separate color picker
(no hidden dependencies)...

Would be nice if you could implement one of these, whatever you choose.
