Yes , it is. In between I found that it happend only if I send email to 
myself (maybe even otherwise, anyway I know only this case). So when I 
resend an email to myself, I can see any colloring, only plain text with

Not sure about it. Nothing is checked at View - Message Body Text as....

It is strange anyway. Sometimes its OK, sometimes not. I can not trace 
when and where.
