[Quotecolors] Installing Quotecolors

Concerning the appearance of the options box: just the two OK/Cancel 
buttons aren't shown and everything else is there? First, I thought the 
dialog just needs to be resized because you were using an older version 
of QC before which had a smaller box. But I tried and I cannot resize it 
  because it should determine and adjust the necessary size by itself. 
So it's interesting that it doesn't do that on your side.
Which operating system, Thunderbird version and Quote Colors version are 
you using? Did you use an older version of Quote Colors before?

Even if you were not able to change any options, the default options 
should be used and applied to messages (like this one), does this work 
for you?
