[Quotecolors] Installing Quotecolors

I downloaded the extension, opened Thunderbird and installed it, then
closed and restarted the program, just like the guide says to. When I
click on Tools/Extensions and the Options box comes up, it looks just
like its shown on the guide page. However.... there's no buttons!
Can't click on OK, though oddly enough, last night when I just closed
the box and restarted Thunderbird again, the options I chose (which
is to undo graphical quotes and just use > with the shading for
different levels) was there. This morning it's reverted back to the
original. How can I get it installed properly?
