[Quotecolors] quote types and font effects

at first let me thank you for really good stuff.

But... Font effects aren't working for letters other than latin.

Samples:

/rollback (undo)/
*ðÒÉÍÅÞÁÎÉÅ*

Is it possible to provide to user the regexp used for font effects and
quotings?
