[Quotecolors] Is QUOTECOLORS already installed in a basicThunderbird 0.9 ???

No, this is not true. Feel free to install Quote Colors in 0.9 to benefit of
its features.

That's right, Thunderbird has a default color for quoted messages *in reply
window*. (btw, Quote Colors is not able to change that color, so it will
stay after installation)
