[Quotecolors] Is QUOTECOLORS already installed in a basic Thunderbird 0.9 ???

Hi,

is it true, that QuoteColors is already installed in
the actual (basic) Thunderbird 0.9 US-us (or DE-de)?

Whenever I reply to an email, the colors are in the
message (without installation of the quotecolors.xpi
manually).

If this feature is already installed in a basic
Thunderbird 0.9, do ya have any idea to sitch OFF this
tool. I wanna install the .xpi-extension, 'cause there
are many more user-specify feature (e.g. changing
colos, changing line to ">>"-characters, etc.)
