[Quotecolors] TB 0.9 fails to start after installing QuoteColors 0.2

I've never seen this before, but it may be a conflict with another
extension. What other extensions were installed before adding Quote Colors?
I successfully installed QC under a Linux version of Thunderbird 0.9, so I
hope the platform isn't the problem.

I am not quite sure what the cleanest way is. The suggestion of Alexander to
use the safe-mode seems to be reasonable. Of course it's also possible to
remove it manually in case of problems but this involves editing some config
files (like extension.rdf).
