[Quotecolors] Compose window (reply/forward)

First of all, thanks to the author.  I'm too lazy to set my own
blockquotes most of the time -- This is much better :)

One question though, have I misconfigured something, or does this
plug-in not change the quote colours in the Compose (reply/forward) window?
