[Quotecolors] unable to use qc in tb 0.7

It should work "automatically" after installation (and a restart of Tb).
Is Quote Colors shown in the extension manager and are you able to open the
options dialog? Maybe opening it and just clicking OK helps.
Are you viewing HTML messages? 0.2 only works with plain text messages (like
this one).
I cannot imagine what could be wrong, I tried Quote Colors under Linux and
it worked like it should. Which other extensions do you use? Are there any
errors/warnings in the JS console?
