[Quotecolors] unable to use qc in tb 0.7

hi!

i'm unable to disable the default quoting line in tb 0.7 (version 0.7
(20040615), linux). i've installed qc 0.2, but tb doesn't seem to use
qc for quotation handling.

is this a bug or am i supposed to do something to make qc work?
