[QuickQuote] QuickQuote for Thunderbird 2+

Yeah, yeah, I know; cursor placement should be relatively trivial.  If
Matteo isn't working on QuickQuote now, then I should be implementing
the features.  This summer (i.e. May through September) is when I'll
have time to work on this -- the summer vacation between high school
and Harvard for me.  Be patient!
