[Project_owners] Mailing list subscriptions

I have seen lots of these subscribers too. After looking at this, I will kick them all.

By the way, the "It works!" message on zeusmail.org is Apache's default
page for a new web server that doesn't have any content yet, so it is
probably just a spam server.
