[Project_owners] Mozdev.org update status please?

I think we can start with a free wiki on pbworks, i do not know if it allows
public edits. Alternatively, we can setup a media wiki or enable the drupal
wiki on the current setup.

I was checking out bugzilla ! Looks like it needs to be cleaned up.
