The Sage project was disabled because of a trademark dispute that has 
not yet been resolved to the satisfaction of all parties. I'm afraid I 
can't say anything more.

Yep, that was the problem. Autopager has a "Ctrl+Alt+A" key combination too.

Hmm. Well the Sage and Sage-Too forks are still available on AMO so
obviously Mozilla Legal doesn't think the trademark dispute affects
them. Unfortunately the Sage-Too team seems to have disintegrated amidst
extreme acrimony, and all the other forks (Sage++, Sage-mod) seems to
have gone into hibernation as well - perhaps as a result of the said
trademark problems?

Just to clarify here, mozdev and AMO are run by separate organizations and haven't coordinated on this issue.  If Sage is still on AMO, it's entirely possible that the person didn't contact them about this issue.

Yeah; subscriptions were apparently broken before the subscription
notification was even processed, so I got a couple backlogged messages (not
like yours, though ;)

Everyone's; this was a problem with a module update about two weeks ago that
didn't cause any other obvious side-effects.

If Fennec is going to support gecko 1.9 then I'm sure I'll be able to add
support of StOgame 3 for it :)
I don't really know it, because I don't even have the money to get a
cellphone like the Nokia listed as one where Fennec should run for now (is
it the 900 or 910?). That's the question: gecko 1.9 or not reptile?

One of my users claims to have gotten Console2 to install in Fennec. Of
course there is no UI to open the Console2 window but starting Fennec
with the command line switch -console2 or -jsconsole brings it up.

But as you say I don't have a Nokia810 so I have no idea how to proceed.

There are builds available for the desktop that are very useful for 
developing extensions and testing against:

Hi,

I am the owner and sole developer of an extension called SQLite Manager (
http://code.google.com/p/sqlite-manager/).

I had created this extension for my own use. Then I posted it on AMO,
created a homepage for it and ended up supporting/maintaining it for over a
year now. Now I find that, owing to various engagements and limitations, I
am unable to support it any longer.

Since there are nearly 65,000 active daily users of this extension, simply
abandoning it does not feel ok. I thought I should handover the ownership to
someone who can take this project further in the best manner possible.

If you are interested please respond along with information on which
projects you already work on.

Sounds like NVu's source view. I think that's just a regular <editor>, 
although in that case the span tags are generated using a serialiser 
(basically the equivalent of loading a view-source page in to the editor).

I have found that contentEditable on pre also works great

I can get the text of my_pre using innerHTML, but in my case I need plain

Try creating a range, selecting the pre element, and then converting it 
to a string.

window.getSelection() works with editable areas too, assuming it has focus.

If this is syntax error if you have php locally you may  check file for 
syntax errors with the following command:
php -l my-php-file.php
If it is runtime error you may include at the beginning of php script 
command to turn on error reporting and display errors like this:
ini_set("display_errors", 1);
error_reporting(E_ALL);
Another combined scenario if you don't have php locally is to create new 
sample test script which turn on error reporting and include sript with 
problem.
Something like this. Create new php file my-test.php with the following 
content:

ini_set("display_errors", 1);
error_reporting(E_ALL);
include("my-php-file.php");
?>

We don't have a mechanism for users to view the error log (see bug#18537 [1]);
if the suggestions Dimitar gave don't work, you can always ping me in IRC to
take a look.

By default on mozdev configuration "display_errors" is off.
With lines ini_set("display_errors", 1); and  error_reporting(E_ALL);
display of errors is turned on.
Why first scenario don't work for you?
Before execute script php make syntax analyze and byte code generating 
and in case of success continue with code execution. And particular 
these are lines to turn on error reporting.
In case of syntax errors script is not executed and error is not 
reported because of default configuration error reporting off.
Why second scenario work?
my-test.php script is syntactically correct and it is executed normally 
to line of include problem script. This mean that lines which turn on 
error reporting are executed.
When php include problem script it make syntax check of it and if found 
error php display it because error reporting is on yet.

Except syntax error there are another errors which break script 
execution, for example call of undefined function, instantiating non 
existent class and so on. These errors are some kind of runtime errors 
i.e. in process of executing script.
