[Project_owners] Unscheduled Downtime

Mozdev was down for approx 1.75 hrs this evening from 20:00 EDT to 21:45 EDT.
 It looks like this might have been related to some web site optimizations we
tried to implement late last week that didn't manifest until this evening and
have been disabled for the time being.  Our sysadmins will be taking a look at
this later this week.

Sorry for the downtime.
