[Project_owners] Unicode encoding (Hebrew, sinhala etc) using JAVASCRIPT & decoding using PHP

Hi Friends,

I need to know how can I send an unicode text like Hebrew through JAVASCRIPT
(encode) and get it from PHP (decode it) to save it to a MySQL database. I
tried it using several times, but always I get different characters in the
database rather than real hebrew or sinhala character. database supports for
UTF8. Please reply me ASAP.
