I agree, but even (some of) the Mozilla developers/reviewers don't stick
to this rule. And we should have at least something like:

But we don't do we? Preferable here (at mozdev.org) and MDC (another
inherited flaw, and for many Open Source projects I'm afraid).
@Joe: dump() is your friend for issues like this, at least if you don't
want to use a debugger ;)
