[Project_owners] Overview versioning

I typically use a 3 part version system with my extension which may be
overkill.  Anyways, I noticed that if I have two revisions, e.g. 2.0.3 and
2.0.0, that 2.0.0 is shown at the top of the list on my mozdev overview page
(https://www.mozdev.org/projects/overview/pisexier/).  Have you noticed this
before?  I will make note for future releases, but it may be something that
is easily fixed.
