[Project_owners] Re-ordering template page title

The new Drupal pages don't seem to have mozdev.org in their title. Maybe 
it's better to also drop this for old template pages. The pages are 
clearly enough recognizable as mozdev.org, so I don't think it's 
neceassary to also add mozdev.org to the title.

Reversing the order or putting mozdev.org at the end makes the order 
less logical to me, so I'd vote for removing it altogether.
