[Project_owners] pop ups on mozdev.org pages

So does http://newsfox.mozdev.org/ but since I know how to use a pop-up
blocker (what your browser doesn't have one?) it doesn't bother me.

While I don't like the popups, I can't object to destitute open source
project owners trying to supplement their income.
