[Project_owners] Mozdev source code available; new project search form

The code the runs Mozdev.org has been migrated into CVS [1].  This has 
numerous benefits for both Mozdev.org and its community.  Some of them 
include:
* easier for project owners to see how their site code is managed
* easier to spot bugs
* more accountability for changes
* easier access for new developers

You can find the code in the Hovercraft project 
(http://hovercraft.mozdev.org/) under the sandbox/php directory.
The cvsweb interface can be found here:
http://www.mozdev.org/source/browse/hovercraft/sandbox/php/

You can also check out the code using the following commands (on unix):
cvs -d :pserver:guest at mozdev.org:/cvs login
cvs -d :pserver:guest at mozdev.org:/cvs co hovercraft/sandbox/php


We've also added a project search form to help making finding projects easier 
[2].  You can find the search form here:
http://www.mozdev.org/projects/search.html

We're not sure how best to integrate this into the site right now; if you have 
any recommendations, feel free to send them our way or add them to the bug 
[2].
