[Project_owners] Mozdev.org maintenance Thursday, January 24th 13:00 - 14:00 UTC

We'll be taking Mozdev.org's web services down at 13:00 UTC tomorrow to 
perform maintenance.

We will be upgrading the Bugzilla DB to store UTF-8 properly as well as move 
some site code around (see bug#18278).  CVS and mailing list traffic should 
be unaffected.
